Breakfast & The Dreaded Scale
Dunkin Egg White Flatbread - 6 points.
I know you’re not supposed to weigh yourself every day, but i do. The trick is not to get frazzled by a pound or two gain, but get psyched about the losses. Today I stepped on and was down a pound from Monday. Woo Hoo!
That little victory keeps me focused.

I’m a Slacker
I completely slacked on blogging my food, but after two weeks I am down 5 pounds. From 249 to 244.
Fell out of the gym habit. I have to go to bed earlier so I can get my lazy ass up and hit the gym at 6:00AM.
Today’s food:
Dunkin Turkey Sausage flatbread - 6 points.
Subway 6” Tuna with lettuce, onions, tomato and water - 11 points.
3 Snickers Minis (the little square ones about the size of a quarter) from the office candy bowl - 3 points.
I’m in good shape for the rest of the day. Dinner will be some sort of chicken breast and veggies. That leaves enough points for cereal at 9:00PM.
